5K in 5 Weeks

This 5 week program is designed to help partipants build up mileage to run a 5K (3.1 miles) in 5 weeks. 

The class will meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will culminate with a group 5K run.

Particpants will recieve a certificate and finisher medal. 

Class is designed for Beginning Walkers/Runners, however ALL are welcome to participate. 

1st Class will meet in SRC Classroom and remaining sessions will be on track or outside. Instuctor will provide meeting locations at the 1st session.

The 1st session will be active, so dress accordingly.

Cost: $10 Students/SRC Members & $25 for Non-Members
