Belly Dancing For Fitness

Join us for a modern take on classical belly dance. This belly dance fitness class combines traditional moves with current pop, R&B and hip-hop hits. There are many health benefits for those who practice this form of dance, including improved posture and muscle toning, weight loss, stress reduction, brighter and clearer skin, better sleep, decreased back pain and increased self-esteem and confidence!

Cost: FREE for students and member; $25 for non-members.

Class Time: 5-6 p.m.


Space is limited so register early.

Please note: Refunds are only given up to three business days prior to the start of the class.  The only exception to this policy is in the event of a medical emergency and documentation from your physician is required indicating the reasons you can no longer participate in this physical activity.
