Beginners and advanced students will benefit from this series by deepening their practice of foundational yoga poses, strength building, balance, and relaxation techniques. This series is designed to bring effort and ease to all levels of students while uniting mind and body.
Cost: $75 for guests/non-members & $60 for students/members
Instructor: Samantha Harrison, RYT-500
No experience needed. Sample the class for FREE on the first day of class only. Bring your own yoga mat.
Please note: Refunds are only given up to 3 business days prior to the start of the class. The only exception to this policy is in the event of a medical emergency and documentation from your physician is required indicating the reasons you can no longer participate in this physical activity. If unsure whether you will like the class, we recommend you come to the 1st class meeting and try before you buy.
