The Topic: China’s efforts to expand its power economically, militarily and politically, have raised questions about its geopolitical intentions and relative capacity versus the US. About the Speaker: Dr. Tucker is the Director of ECU’s Asian Studies Program. He teaches Chinese History and researches Chinese and Japanese intellectual history, as well as Asian cultures, philosophies and religions.
