Commit to be Fit while at home with coach Ali in a virtual group training as she's take you through an exhilarating workout program. Each workout will build upon the next as you're introduced to new exercises designed to increase your strength and endurance over the course of 5 weeks. No equipment is necessary outside of everyday household items, such as textbooks. Dumbbells and resistance bands are optional.
Note: By participating in this program, you will receive 3-5 workouts per week. As a result, it's suggested that you only register for one Virtual Small Group Training program at a time.
