CRW 30-Days of Active Living Program

Ready to start or continue living an active lifestyle but don’t have the time or energy to design your own workouts? Then, the 30-Days of Active Living workout program is perfect for you! Each day will consist of either a 30-40-minute workout, general exercise, or stretch breaks designed to promote an active lifestyle. You’ll also receive daily wellness and fitness tips directly through the app. These workouts can be completed indoors or out. No equipment? No problem! The only equipment you will need are everyday household items such as soup cans, a chair, textbooks, etc. 

This program is a self-paced workout program that does not include communication with a personal trainer.

Dial-In Information

Once students register for the Active Living Program, they will get added to the Trainerize app and sent information of how to log in.
