Dynamic Duo Small Group Personal Training

This 4 week small group training series will focus on dynamic exercises and circuits that can be done with a partner- so bring your friends along and get fit together. This class will involve cardio and light resistance training that will be centered around partner work or alternating with a partner. A partner can help you feel more confident and motivated to reach your fitness goals.

Taught by Sarah Kautz, ACE Certified Personal Trainer
