Fresh Food Friday introduces the ECU community to simply prepared, healthful foods and their nutritional facts at various locations on campus. Well-Being Ambassadors will distribute a grab-n-go snacks each Friday. The emphasis will be on FRESH or raw foods that can potentially be prepared in a dorm room or an apartment quickly and easily.

1/19 - Cherries
1/26 - Kale Chips
2/2 - Trail Mix 
2/9 - Peppers
2/16 - Chocolate Covered Strawberries
2/23 - Assorted Berries
3/15 - Carrots
3/22 - Fruit for Hydration 
4/5 - Kiwi
4/12 - Grapes
4/19 - Pineapple
