Hard “Core” Pirate is a dynamic strength training class designed to improve your core strength, whittle your waist line, and improve your posture. Mastery of the basic plank provides the foundational cues that make all planking movements effective. In this class we will learn to master the basic front plank before moving on to more advanced variations.

Cost: $45 for SRC Non-Members/Guests / $35 SRC Members
