Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra

Sweden’s finest performs Sibelius’ Valse Triste, Op. 44 No. 1; Elgar’s Violin Concerto in B minor, Op. 61 (featuring violinist Catherine Manoukian) and Brahms’ Symphony No. 2 in D Major.

The orchestra was founded in 1912 and has performed throughout Europe, recently at three sold-out concerts at the Great Festival Hall in Salzburg. With an extensive discography and an ambitious home season (31 concerts), these musicians are world class and ready to shine in Wright Auditorium.
