HIIT To Be Fit

Push your body to new limits with our HIIT to be Fit small group training! Join CRW's certified Personal Trainers as they take you through a High Intensity Interval Training; swinging battle ropes, carrying sand bags, launching slam balls, and many more exciting workouts.
