DESCRIPTION:HOiST (Helping Our Students Thrive) is a series of workshops ar
 ound creating a broader support network for our students. Each session is l
 ed by a campus expert who will help facilitate a conversation around what c
 ampus resources are available and what appropriate levels of helping might 
 look like for those working outside of that specialized area. Participants 
 will leave with resources they can use in their own work with students.  De
 livered in partnership between the ECU Center for Student Success\, Univers
 ity Writing Program\, and Office for Faculty Excellence.\n\nDuring this ses
 sion participants will receive a broad overview of recent updates for artif
 icial intelligence programs and software\, as well as some examples of how 
 faculty and staff are utilizing these tools in and outside of the classroom
