• Familiarize yourself with the Digital Scholar Lab through a hands-on workshop covering the 3 iterative stages of the Lab: Build, Clean, Analyze
• Learn the basics of text cleaning by creating your own cleaning configuration and applying it to a content set
• Apply at least one of the following analysis tools to a self-made content: Ngrams, Topic Modeling, or Sentiment Analysis
• Build an essay using the Research Projects feature in the Lab
• Apply what you’ve learned to a course you are currently teaching or supporting
