Knockout Workout - Registration

FINALLY! A boxing and self-defense class that is FREE and designed for ALL skill levels! Join two of our certified personal trainers as they take you through a whole new kind of workout. Learn the basic skills of boxing and self-defense and leave the class a pro! This class is definitely going to be a knockout.
