Lift Like A Girl is a strength series designed for beginners that are new to resistance training basics. Over the 6 weeks will be educating/demonstrating the proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each day! We will also introduce various Functional Training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.
