Join Coach Sky in this strength series designed for those wanting to learns the ins and outs of resistance training. She will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each session! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.
Class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from March 28th to April 20th, 2022. Registration deadline is March 30th by 7:30PM. Class will be held in the ESRC Room 238.
Participants must register through the CRW Member Portal as space is limited.
