Join Coach Sky in this strength series designed for those wanting to learns the ins and outs of resistance training. She will be educating/demonstrating proper technique when performing exercises using free weights and machines while ensuring you get a great workout in each session! She will also introduce various functional training exercises and ways to modify them for all skill levels.

Class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from March 29th - April 21st, 2022 from 7:00AM - 8:00AM in the ESRC Weight Room. Registration deadline is March 31st by 8:30AM. 

Participants must register through the CRW Member Portal as space is limited.
