About this Event
This session will explore the Do’s and Don’ts of effective professional communication in the workplace. Participants will learn the importance of verbal communication ( tone, rate, volume, pitch, vocal fillers and upspeak) when speaking to colleagues and supervisors. Participants will also learn the skills necessary to communicate effectively through various work-related channels: email text, chat, and phone. This session will provide participants with the skills and confidence needed to be an asset to their program.
Please note: This training is a part of the HR Pirate Readiness Enhancement Program pathway but can be taken as an individual training too.
