One step at a time is the key to a new year and a new you. We promise – it’s that easy! This forty-five minute motivational intro to walking includes thirty minutes of tips and then fifteen of minutes of guided practice on the track of the Main Campus Student Recreation Center. This workshop is completely free, self-paced, easy to follow and you don’t even have to change into workout gear. Wear comfortable shoes.
