The Patient Experience program hopes to inspire any individual currently working in a healthcare setting, or anyone interested in a future administrative role in healthcare. The program will provide information on what a day-to-day administrative role looks like in healthcare, what type of patient encounters (good and bad) you may experience, and how important the patient experience is for the patient, their families, your colleagues, and yourself. 

Please note: This training is a part of the HR Pirate Readiness Enhancement Program pathway but can be taken as an individual training too.
