Pilates is a system of exercises performed on a mat designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
Cost: $45 for guests/non-members & $35 for students/members; Space is limited. No class on 3/7.

No experience needed. Sample the class for FREE on the first day of class only (1/31/17). Bring your own yoga mat.
Please note: Refunds are only given up to 3 business days prior to the start of the class. The only exception to this policy is in the event of a medical emergency and documentation from your physician is required indicating the reasons you can no longer participate in this physical activity.
