This session focuses on the Promoting Professional Development competency of the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research curriculum. Learning objectives include: 1) Identifying the roles mentors play in the professional development of their mentees. 2) Using a written document and periodic conversations with mentees to guide professional development.
