Join Coach Simeon in this HIIT-focused series combining weighted plates and cardio!

Pushin' P is a HIIT-style workout led by Coach Simeon involving nothing but plates (10-25-35-45 lbs. based on your choice) and cardio. Each class is sure to leave you feeling invigorated and pumped.

Preview Week is an opportunity for you to try out Pushin' P prior to signing up for the full program. Registration opens 48 hours in advance.
