Join Coach Simeon in this HIIT-focused series combining weighted plates and cardio!

Pushin' P is a HIIT-style workout led by Coach Simeon involving nothing but plates (10-25-35-45 lbs. based on your choice) and cardio. Each class is sure to leave you feeling invigorated and pumped.

Registration opens after Preview Week classes are complete at 8:00 am on Friday, 3/25.

Classes will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 7:00AM - 7:30AM, March 28th, 2022 - April 22nd, 2022. 

Participants must register through the CRW Member Portal as space is limited.
