Good research data management can improve your research efficiency and comprehensibility. Good data management can also save your sanity during research projects and help you meet federal standards for research later in your research career, in particular, receiving funding for your future research projects.
This short (60-minute) course will cover best practices in research data management, including composing a data management plan, creating and documenting file names, variables, and workflows, storing and preserving research data, and identifying and applying appropriate data standards.
