Self Defense for Fitness

This class will take you through basic self-defense techniques while also giving you a full body work out. During the two 45 min classes you will learn proper striking techniques, how to fall without injury, and how to effectively get out of common holds. Come get fit with this exciting and empowering new workout. 

Taught by Olivia Vaden, CRW Personal Trainer and Tae Kwon Do Black Belt
