Session 5: Best Practices for Teaching in Virtual Exchange

This session will be a facilitated discussion with faculty experienced with Virtual Exchange. Topics will include best practices for collaborating with partners, preparing students, building intercultural skills, and dealing with logistic and technical challenges. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and dialog with others interested in developing courses.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify best practices for virtual exchange
  • Develop strategies for effectively working in a virtual exchange environment
