This 7 week, small group training class is a full body burning and toning circuit workout. Start the New Year off right with two 45 minute classes a week, increasing your cardiovascular fitness with the overall goal being to sculpt your body-a new year for a new, more confident you!
Led by CRW PErsonal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor Ali McCormick.
