Start your morning off right with this 6-week circuit-style small group training that will meet for two 45-minute classes a week. This class is a continuation of the fall but is open to all! Each day will be comprised of a variety of timed stations that focus on either cardio, body weight, or resistance exercise that will leave no muscle untouched.
