Each session will be comprised of a variety of timed exercises that focus on either cardio, bodyweight, or functional training exercise that will leave no muscle untouched. (LINEBREAK HERE PLEASE)
Note: This program consists of two 45-minute workouts per week with occasional virtual programming. Therefore, it's suggested that you only register for one Small Group Training program at a time to avoid overtraining. MUST Register via CRW Member Portal, space is limited.
Registration Dates: January 11th, 2021, to February 5th, 2021. 12:00 PM.
Program Dates: February 3rd, 2021, to March 8th, 2021
Days of the week: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 6:45 AM to 7:30 AM
Location: Eakin Student Recreation Center (ESRC) Room 238
Cost: FREE for CRW Members and fee-paying students
