Please join us in the Janice Hardison Faulkner Gallery at Joyner Library to learn and practice Tai Chi.  Tai Chi seamlessly integrates with the lives of everyone and promotes strength, balance, mental clarity, and a profound sense of tranquility. 

Our instructor is Emmanuelle Quenum.  Quenum is the health education director with the Greene County Department of Public Health in Snow Hill, NC.  She oversees the community's health needs, including fall prevention.  She is passionate about Tai Chi and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Instructor.  She co-teaches weekly Tai Chi classes at Greene County Senior Center.
