THATCamp ECU: Community Building in Digital Humanities

Plan to attend the ECU 2018 THATCamp: Community Building in Digital Humanities on Oct. 26-27 in Joyner Library, Conference Room 2409. The event is organized by the Foreign Languages and Literatures and English departments! The purpose of the event is to share information about projects underway around campus; to develop an inventory of projects, skills, and resources available across campus; and to share knowledge about how to begin projects, locate grants, and use various Digital Humanities tools and platforms. Register on the event site http://ecu2018.thatcamp.org/
THATCamp stands for “The Humanities and Technology Camp.” It is an unconference: an open meeting where humanists, social scientists, and technologists of all skill levels learn and collaborate in sessions proposed during the first day. Read more: http://thatcamp.org/about/
