The Radio Play Series - Blind Date

by Horton Foote

Dolores, once a high-school beauty queen, has arranged a date for her visiting niece and goes out of her way to make it perfect. But Sarah Nancy refuses to play the flirtation game and, instead, makes it abundantly (and hilariously) clear that she considers Felix to be a boring oaf, distressing her aunt and delighting her uncle Robert. It isn’t until they are left alone by their nosy elders that the young people find a connection.
