If you are looking for a new way to get in a quick, productive workout in between study sessions, this is the program for you! A Tabata workout can be done it 25 minutes or as little as 10 minutes.
Learn a great new skill to add to your current workout routine or to use as a substitute when studying gets a little heavy. This session will consist of a 20 minute Tabata workout with 10 minutes of instructional time.
