The first Laupus History Collections exhibit of the semester celebrates Andreas Vesalius and his contributions to the study of human anatomy, tracing the development of the discipline from the early Middle Ages and highlighting changes in the ways that the study of anatomy was approached and interpreted. The exhibit will showcase books from our collection, including a new annotated edition of Vesalius’ breakthrough work De humani corporis fabrica.
The exhibit will run through December 9, 2016.
