Spring into Strength with Coach Dom in this 5-week strength-focused virtual small group training. Each workout will be comprised of a variety of low-impact strength-based exercises and functional movements. For equipment, you will need a step/chair, backpack, textbooks, and soup cans. Dumbbells and resistance bands are optional.
Note: This program consists of 2-5 workouts per week. Therefore, it's suggested that you only register for one Small Group Training program at a time to avoid overtraining.
