About this Event
Join Coach Bakari’s Strength Squad, a virtual small group training using resistance bands! Over the course of 5 weeks, you'll be exposed to a variety of strength-based HIIT style workouts designed to target your entire body. Push yourself beyond previous limits while gaining fundamental strength and mobility! Are you ready to join the Strength Squad?
Note: This program consists of two 45-minute workouts per week with occasional virtual programming. Therefore, it's suggested that you only register for one Small Group Training program at a time to avoid overtraining. MUST Register via CRW Member Portal, space is limited.
