New corporate ESG disclosure and reporting regulations are bringing accountability to how companies design, execute, and monitor their global sustainability strategies. Corporate sustainability is no longer a marketing exercise, but a mandate from governments, investors, customers, and civil society groups increasingly aware of the environmental and social risks of business. From California to the European Union to Japan, companies are encountering new ESG requirements that are raising the bar for sustainability strategies. This session will provide an overview of these regulatory drivers and how companies are responding to new ESG expectations.
