Yoga Burn

The Mind & Body Studio, located at the Student Recreation Center, provides specialized mind body classes for the Pirate Community to alleviate stress and promote well-being. Classes are completely free for current ECU students and members, all you need is an open mind and a mat. No mat? No worries. We have some at the studio for you to use. Non-members can also participate and should stop by the SRC Main Office to register.

Cost: FREE for students/members; $25 for non-members

What is Yoga Burn? - This 60-minute class is a strong, fast-paced class designed to build heat and strength. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation.

  • Feb. 11
  • Feb. 18
  • Feb. 25

Class Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m.


Space is limited so register early.  


Register at the SRC Main Office or online.


Please note: Refunds are only given up to three business days prior to the start of the class.  The only exception to this policy is in the event of a medical emergency and documentation from your physician is required indicating the reasons you can no longer participate in this physical activity.
