DESCRIPTION:Mi-Sook Hur\, professor of art at ECU School of Art & Design\, 
 will give an artist talk about her exhibit: “Heritage Reimagined”.   The ex
 hibit is on view in the Janice Hardison Faulkner Gallery at Joyner Library.
   The enamel and metal work is inspired by colors and patterns of Korean Bu
 ddhist temple lattice doors.\n\nThis exhibit stems from the prestigious U.S
 . Fulbright Scholar Program award Hur earned for the 2024-25 academic year.
  She focused on lattice designs from Buddhist temples of the Joseon dynasty
  (1392-1910).
