Start your morning off right with Coach Hannah in this 30-minute bootcamp style small group training. Each session will be comprised of a variety of timed stations that focus on either a cardio, bodyweight, or functional training exercises. This bootcamp uses minimal equipment, but maximal manpower, resulting in a total body workout each session. (NEW LINE HERE) Preview Week is an opportunity for you to try out Body Awake Bootcamp prior to signing up for the full program. Registration opens 48 hours in advance.
