The Center for Trauma and Resilience Research (CTRR) has upcoming virtual workshops.

This session is titled Within My Reach - An introductory session to provide an overview of the full workshop. WMR is a inclusive workshop that teaches healthy communication and components of healthy relationships. While the focus in romantic relationships, much of the content can be applied to all the relationships in your life.
