 ar panel discussion. \n\nWe all know how important self-care is for our he
 alth and wellbeing. But what happens when we put so much emphasis on the i
 ndividual to practice self-care? Sometimes it can seem like an additional 
 burden. In this presentation find out what community care is\, how it can 
 make us more resilient individuals\, and how this concept can also assist 
 us to support each other.  \n\nPanelists from ECU Health\, the ECU Family 
 Therapy Clinic\, and the Department of Health Education and Promotion will
  discuss how ECU is promoting community care\, and what research and measu
 res have been taken to implement community care around ECU and beyond.  \n
