This interactive session will guide participants in developing personalized mentor maps to strategically support their research goals and career progression. Mentor maps are visual and conceptual tools that help identify a network of mentors—both within and beyond one’s institution—who provide different types of support, such as research guidance, methodological expertise, funding advice, career navigation, and psychosocial encouragement.
