A key component of ECU’s THRIVE Grant, the Advocates and Allies program equips men with the knowledge, skills and strategies to effect positive personal, unit and organizational change in support of women and gender equity.  This workshop will provide ally training to men Department Chairs who are willing to promote gender equity through an emphasis on personal and local action.
