Dishing up Data - IPEDS Data Center - Part II

IPEDS (Integrated Post-secondary Education Data System) is the core postsecondary education data collection program for the National Center for Education Statistics (U.S. Department of Education). Data are collected from all primary providers of postsecondary education in the country in areas including enrollments, program completions, graduation rates, faculty, staff, finances, institutional prices and student financial aid.  This data resource will be dished up in two sessions.
o    Part II will address questions such as:

  • In Fall 2018, ECU had a full-time retention rate of 81%. Only one of our BOG-approved peers had a higher retention rate.  Which one was it?
  • In Fall 2018, which three schools in the UNC system had enrollments greater than that at ECU?
