Every Semester Needs A Plan is offered by the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) at the beginning of each semester to encourage faculty and graduate students to create a plan to have the most productive and balanced semester ever! In this session, participants will identify their personal and professional goals, create a strategic plan to accomplish them, and determine the types of community, support, and accountability they will need. ECU faculty will share their own strategic planning and best practices for a successful semester.
