Factor Analysis

Factor Analysis

This workshop will focus on exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). In multivariate statistics, EFA is used to explore the underlying structure of a set of measured variables. CFA is used to test how well the measured variables confirm the underlying structures of constructs. Examples of EFA and CFA will be illustrated using SPSS, R, and AMOS.
