This session will provide an opportunity to hear tips and advice from faculty with fixed-term contracts who have successfully navigated the process for reassignment and promotion. We will start with an explanation of fixed-term promotional levels. Next there will be a discussion of reappointment portfolio design, organization, and content. We will end with tips and advice for developing the skills and experience valued in fixed-term promotional pathways.
