Fresh Food Friday - HSC Well-Being Hub

Fresh Food Friday introduces the ECU community to simply prepared, healthful foods and their nutritional facts at various locations on campus. Fresh Food Friday will be in-person, at various locations during the fall semester 2022. The emphasis will be on FRESH or raw foods that can potentially be prepared in a dorm room or an apartment quickly and easily. 

August 26th - Watermelon 

September 2nd - Cucumbers

September 9th - Strawberries 

September 16th - Carrots/Celery 

September 23rd - Bananas 

September 30th - Peppers 

October 7th - Apples 

October 14th - Dried Fruit 

October 21st - Blueberries

October 28th - Oranges 

November 4th - Assorted Berries

November 11th - Trail Mix 

November 18th - Pumpkin Seeds 

December 2nd - Chocolate Covered Almonds
